 Communication is the key to a supportive and integrated care environment.

 Communication among members of a resident’s care team is the key to ensuring good health, good quality of life, and general well-being. Within the Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) and Adult Residential Facility (ARF), this team is composed of the resident, resident’s family/responsible party, the Administrator, care staff, and medical professionals. DynamiCare imparts the importance of communication through our personalized consultations with Licensees and Administrators, and, for RCFE’s, through specially-tailored training of care staff.
